Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Bling Bag velvet pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, including all original tags and the packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
